Text on an open book written in Greek, on yellowed parchment. The pages are yellowed with age and brown around the edges. The book's cover is not shown but it appears to be bound on the left side. The text on the pages are written with brown ink in an old style. The verso, right page, side shows a large block of text with several ornate initial letters and a significant amount of script.
