White plate with a wide rim. The rim has a gold-colored rope pattern border on the inside and gold-colored scalloped edge on the outside. The rim also has a repeating pattern of small purple, pink, and red flowers with green leaves. The center has a shield with a black band and three white stars on top and three white paw prints on bottom. The shield has blue and orange decorations on the top and sides. The shield is surrounded by pink and orange flowers, green leaves and a brown bird on top. The plate has a dark gray background.
