The chair has a rectangular back frame, straight and flat across the top. Three carved vertical elements are in the back, a large central one flanked by thinner ones. The central element is vase-shaped with a decorative top. The seat is flat and rectangular with horizontal slats. The chair frame is dark-colored with a simpler rectangular stretcher between the front and back legs.
