The Covered Vase by Edward Lycett is a covered vase with a bulbous body and long neck. The vase has a rounded base that tapers into a long, thin neck and then flares into a small mouth. The lid is rounded and has a small finial on top. The vase and lid are white with gold floral patterning. A dark blue band encircles the bottom third of the bulb and a gold band sits on top and bottom of the dark blue band. The piece sits on a gray background.
