The inner circle has a pattern of eight rounded teardrop shapes with the rounded end pointing towards the center, arranged in a circle around a circle of small dots. The outer circle has a pattern of curved, interconnected lines. The background of the image fades from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom. There are some small spots of red, green, and blue on the bottom edge of the plate.
