Inner rim of plate has scalloped edge. Center of plate features a landscape scene in black and white. Scene depicts a bridge over water, with buildings on right side. A tree is on left side. The sky has clouds and birds. The title of the plate is "Hot Water Plate" and the artist is unknown.
