Rectangle metal plate, dark gray color with visible wear and tear. Rectangular shape with rounded corners, slightly wider at top than bottom. Four small holes, one in each corner for screws. Oval-shaped keyhole centered, bottom half of keyhole rounded, top half figure-eight shape. Indentation above keyhole. Numbers stamped near bottom right.
