The pitcher is made of silver. The body of the pitcher is bulbous, tapering toward the top and flaring slightly at the lip. There is a short spout on one side and a tall decorative handle on the other. The handle extends from the body just below the lip to the shoulder. The handle and spout are both decorated with scrollwork. The pitcher has a wide, short base. The body and neck are decorated with a repoussé design consisting of grapevines with leaves and clusters of grapes. The background is gray.
