Round plate with a flat bottom and slightly raised edge. Black background with a large orange and yellow floral design in the center. The design features a heart-shaped motif at the bottom with the numbers "1821" inside it. The heart has a stem extending upwards to a flower-like design with curving leaves on either side. The edge of the plate has an orange border with evenly spaced small dots. The plate appears to be made of ceramic or clay and has a worn, aged appearance. The background of the image is grey to white, with a slight shadow underneath the plate.
