The states and territories listed are: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and others. In the center of the plate is a brown and green emblem with a bird. Two curved red lines extend from the emblem. A white banner with black text underneath reads "E PLURIBUS UNUM". The plate has gold lines radiating from the center. A dark grey background surrounds the plate.
