White plate with scalloped edge, gold trim around the edge and a double gold rope design around the center. The center has a shield with a black band across the middle containing three white stars, a white bottom section with a white four-petaled flower and surrounded by red, pink, blue and yellow floral designs and a brown bird on top. Pink, red and green floral designs are on the plate at even intervals.
