White plate with scalloped edge and gold trim. Two concentric gold circles around the center. Center has a crest with a shield containing a black band with three white stars and a white band with a white flower. The shield is surrounded by red, pink, blue, and yellow floral designs and topped with a brown bird. Pink and red floral designs are on the plate, four near the rim and one between the gold circles.
