Porringer by Joseph Belcher Sr. Silver porringer with a handle at the top, handle is triangular with a decorative cutout design, resembling a crown or a fleur-de-lis; handle has a small lip at the top; bowl of the porringer is round and shallow with a recessed area in the center; two concentric rings around the recessed area; bowl has some scratches and marks on the surface.
