The frame of the buckle is ornately designed with thick curved metalwork on the bottom half and thinner metalwork on the top half. The curved bottom half of the buckle resembles two snakes. The buckle has a prong at the bottom and a rectangular piece of metal on the top. The background of the image is gray with a white border on the right side. There is a thin dark line on the left side of the image.
