White soup plate with scalloped edge. Gold rope design on inner and outer rim. Purple, pink, green and red floral designs on rim. Central crest features a white shield with a black band and three white stars. The shield is surrounded by pink, purple and green floral designs, brown leaves, and a brown bird at top.
