The vase by artist William B. Potter is white with blue decoration. The vase is bulbous at the bottom and narrows to a fluted section below the handles. There are two white curved handles. The top of the vase flares out. The blue and white decoration includes a grape motif and a filigree scroll pattern. The base is fluted.
