The building has three visible levels with three arched openings on the second level and two on the bottom level. There are small rectangular openings on the top and bottom levels. The buildings beside the tower are mostly flat-roofed. One has a small balcony on the second story. There is a short wall beside the water. The water is dark. There are several buildings on either side. The sky is blank.
