The blue areas have a textured, uneven appearance with short, raised lines. The interior of the dish is white and smooth. The dish is shown from the side at an angle, with the front of the dish facing the viewer. The background is gray and lightens towards the center. There is a shadow underneath the dish. The dish appears to be made by American Pottery Manufacturing Company.
