Study of Lake and Shore, Mohonk, 1871 (from Sketchbook)

A black and white pencil sketch on paper depicts a still body of water with trees on the shore at the left side. The right half of the sketch shows more water and possibly land or mountains on the horizon. The sketch fills most of the rectangular paper with a plain white background border around it. A signature in cursive writing appears to read 'D. Huntington Mohonk'. The sketch is titled and by 'Daniel Huntington' and created in 1871.
