Vase by George E. Ohr. The vase has a wide, short base with a small circular foot and a rounded body that bulges out to the sides. The body is mostly dark brown with areas of lighter brown. A raised horizontal line encircles the vase above the widest part of the body. The neck of the vase is long and narrow, curving slightly inwards. The top of the vase flares out into a wide opening with a jagged edge down the middle. The edges around the top are golden. The background is gray with a shadow cast by the vase to the left.
