The sketch has rough sketches on either side. The left side has three sketches of a reclining figure and a head. The right side has two sketches of columns and two figures. A portion of the paper is rough and uneven on the left edge. The title of the image is "Presentation Scene (from Sketchbook)" by Thomas Sully.
