Top left section has vertical rows of geometric designs resembling picket fences. Next to it, a vertical strip reads "Jefferson Co." and "An Co." The top right section features a central symmetrical floral design surrounded by smaller floral patterns and eight-pointed stars. The bottom section depicts three trees with picket fences in front of them. A lion design is in the bottom left corner with text reading "Maryett S. Dickerson 1841".
