The Ingrain carpet piece by an unknown artist is square-shaped with frayed edges. The piece has a repeating pattern of 16 squares arranged in four rows and four columns. Each square contains a smaller green square with a symmetrical design inside. The smaller green squares have yellow outlines. The background of the piece is dark brown with a floral pattern in orange and red. Red dots are positioned at the intersections of the squares. The piece appears to be made of woven material, possibly wool or a similar fiber.
