Inside the rectangle is a light beige rectangle with a circular design in the center. Surrounding the circle are four horizontal lines with a repeating floral pattern. The rectangle is bordered by a thin line, then a thicker line with a gold pattern. Outside the rectangle are two long vertical sections with a repeating blue and gold pattern. There are also four small squares, one in each corner, with a gold floral design. The border around the outside is gold with a repeating pattern. The ceiling design is by Virgilio Tojetti.
