Curved, single-edged sword blade with a rounded tip, tapering to a narrow point. The blade has a long, slightly convex curve and a hamon. Six parallel grooves run along the length of the blade. An abstract pattern of interconnected shapes is etched on the blade. The shape of the blade's cross-section can be seen near the tip. The base of the blade features an engraving in a foreign script.
