

Cuirass by artist. The object is a curved, chest plate armor with a scalloped top edge and a hinge on the left side. The main body of the armor is a burnt orange color with a darker orange patina. There are several sections of gold inlays and etchings throughout the piece. The gold inlays are filled with Arabic calligraphy. There are several diamond-shaped and oval-shaped gold inlays with black calligraphy on the front. The right side of the armor has a red section with one visible diamond-shaped gold inlay containing calligraphy. The background is a gradient gray color.
