Sword Cane Probably made for Don Juan José of Austria (1629–1679)
Long thin sword with long blade and handle at top, featuring a decorative design. Handle has quillons extending perpendicular. Shown in two parts; on left, sword displayed next to a long, black cylindrical object, likely a scabbard. On right, sword displayed on its own with quillons visible. Black areas on handle and quillons. Metal appears to have surface wear and tear. Photograph is in black and white. Sword made probably for a man.
