Dark gray, circular sword guard with a dark patina and two oval-shaped holes side by side in the center; a narrower, elongated oval-shaped hole is between the two; a vine and floral design is etched into the entire outer edge; small rust-colored spots and a smattering of lighter gray spots throughout.
