Ballock Knife

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The Ballock Knife by an unknown artist shows a dagger with a long, thin blade and a handle. The blade is dark gray and appears to be made of metal, with a slight tapering towards the tip. It has a slight curve near the handle. The handle is made of wood and has a darker brown color at the top that lightens towards the bottom. There are two spherical metal decorations, one on either side of the handle, near the base. The handle's top has a rounded metal cap. The background is a solid light grey color.
