The obverse features a man with curly hair wearing armor with a sword across his body. He has a helmet with a decorative plume on the right. The top of the coin has M.P.A.N.G.V.I.V.S.L. The numbers 15 and 80 are on the left and right sides of the man. The bottom edge of the coin has D.G.DVX.SAX.O.S.A. etched into it. The background is off-white.
