Curb Bit
Metal curb bit with a mouthpiece and cheek pieces. The mouthpiece is made of two pieces of metal that curve around the horse's mouth and are joined in the center. The cheek pieces are long and curved with decorative floral engravings, as are the shanks that extend upward. A decorative chain is hanging from the mouthpiece. The bit has a face on one side. The background is gray. "Curb Bit", by unknown artist.
