Votive Plaque
Votive Plaque by Unknown. A semicircular, rough, light-colored stone or plaster object. The surface features a relief carving of a figure. The figure appears to have a rounded head with a prominent nose and mouth. Two curved protrusions are on either side of the head. The figure has a circular object on the chest and appears to have its right arm bent at the elbow with the hand near the face. The left arm is not clearly defined. The object sits on a flat base that is rough and uneven. The background of the image is plain white.
