Fragment of a Halo with Buddha Figure
Fragment of a halo with Buddha figure by unknown artist. A fragment of a sculpture with 3 stacked rectangular panels carved with a repeating semicircular pattern. The top panel is orange with a row of small domed shapes across the top; the middle panel is black; and the bottom panel is off-white with gold. The right edge of the sculpture features rows of connected spheres; one row is smooth while the other is carved in a leaf-like design. The fragment's left edge looks unfinished with jagged edges and no design. The background of the image is gray.
