Snuff bottle in the shape of a butterfly by Unknown. The snuff bottle is in the shape of a butterfly with its wings spread. The butterfly shape is carved from a dark material, possibly lacquer or metal. The wings are decorated with intricate designs and patterns, including circles, flowers, and geometric shapes in shades of green, blue, purple, and gold. A long, narrow, green stone or glass piece is set vertically down the center of the butterfly's body. The snuff bottle has a small, cylindrical neck at the top. The base of the snuff bottle is a dark brown, carved wooden stand with a flat top and four small feet.
