Base for a Water Pipe (huqqa) with Floral Medallions

Bulbous base with a short neck that flares out at the top. The base has a blue and white design around the bottom. A large blue medallion on the front. The body, neck, and small bowl on top are white with blue designs. The neck has three stacked discs with brown trim between them. The background is gray.
