Covered Box

Rectangular box with lid, made of dark material, possibly metal or stone. The box has a flat top and bottom, with a slightly raised edge around the lid. Top surface of the lid has a raised design featuring curved lines and shapes. Sides of the box have a repeating pattern of horizontal lines and raised geometric shapes. Bottom edge of the box has a decorative border. The box is sitting on a flat surface, with a small white label in front. Label has black text reading "THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART 1932". The box is titled "Covered Box" by an unknown artist.
