The sceptre has a handle with a rounded end. The handle is ornately carved with dragons and other decorations. A long tassel hangs from the top. The tassel is made up of many thin strands. The top of the tassel is secured with two spherical beads. A looped cord attaches to the top of the sceptre. The background is light grey.
