Jar (Hu)
The Jar (Hu) is a ceramic vessel with a wide, rounded body that tapers to a narrow neck and a small mouth. The body is bulbous with a flat base. Two small handles protrude from either side. The majority of the vessel is decorated with swirling lines and geometric patterns in shades of brown and red on a terracotta background. A band of triangles encircles the neck. The background of the image is grey with a darker shade at the top.
