Stationery Box in Kōdaiji style

Rectangular box with lid, predominantly dark brown and black with gold designs. The top half of the box and lid have a brown background with gold designs. The bottom half of the box has a black background with gold designs. There are gold hinges on the back and a gold knob on the side. The box has a subtle sheen and appears to be made of wood. Gold floral designs adorn the front and sides. The lid and box are aligned at an angle. The background of the image fades from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom.
