Round plate with a wide rim, slightly raised edge is gold. Background of plate is white. Center of plate has a circular design featuring a vase with flowers, leaves, and branches in shades of orange, red, green, and blue. The vase sits on a surface with a red crisscross pattern. Surrounding the center circle is a blue and gold border. The outer rim of the plate has a repeating pattern of various scenes including a building under a tree, flowers, and umbrella-like objects. The scenes are separated by curved blue and white designs resembling waves or flames. Colors used are predominantly blue, orange, red, green, and white.
