The Lotus cup by artist Koetsu depicts a ceramic cup with a wide mouth and a rounded body. The cup is predominantly white with a light blue-green rim, featuring a zigzag pattern along the top edge. The body of the cup is adorned with red lines resembling lotus petals. The base of the cup has three legs, each shaped like a flower or a bud. The legs are primarily blue-green with some brown and pink details. A small blue bird is visible on the right side of the cup near the base. The background of the image is a plain gray color.
