Round plate with a gold rim. The center of the plate shows two women with black hair and traditional dress. One woman stands on the left and another sits on the right at a low table with an object on it. The woman on the right holds a fan. A pole with a decoration on top stands behind the woman on the left. The center of the plate is white surrounded by a white and black scroll design. The outer edge of the plate is black with six panels. Three oval shaped panels contain blue and white floral designs. The other three contain an orange design. Green highlights are on the panels.
