Bottle

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Teal vase with bulbous body and narrow neck by artist Bottle. Teal vase with rounded body that bulges out in the middle then tapers in slightly above and below that point. The upper portion of the vase narrows to form a short neck with a small circular opening. The vase has a glossy finish with a subtle crackle pattern. The base of the vase is short and circular. The background is a light gray color with a slight shadow underneath the vase. The vase by Bottle is predominantly teal with a small rim at the top that appears to be unglazed and brown or beige in color.
