The Grain serving vessel (Gui) by artist is green with a lid and two handles. The body is bulbous with vertical ribbing and a flared base. A band of raised circular bosses and a band of calligraphy encircle the midsection. The lid has concentric circular ridges and a small circular depression. The vessel has a weathered appearance with patches of red and brown. The handles are curved and attached to the body on either side. The background is gray, with a shadow cast to the right.
