The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Dark gray sculpture of a bull's head with protruding horns. Two horns curve upward and out from the top of the head; each one is ribbed with horizontal lines. Large, round eyes are on either side of the head. A nose and mouth are centered on the face; a small ear protrudes from the right side. A small, round hole is centered below the mouth. The bottom portion is rectangular with rounded corners and features a symmetrical pattern of rounded squares and curled lines. The background is light grey. The title of the piece is "Finial".
