Mirror decorated with dragons

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The mirror decorated by artist is round and made of bronze. The mirror has a raised circular border around the edge. Inside the border is a design of flowers and leaves. Inside that is a design of four dragons, with two on the top half and two on the bottom half. The dragons are surrounded by a circle. In the very center is a circle with lines radiating from it. The entire mirror has a green patina. The mirror appears to be propped up on a stand, casting a slight shadow on a gray surface against a gray background.
