Bowl

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Bowl by Bernard Leach. A large, circular ceramic bowl with a wide mouth and a rough, uneven rim. The bowl has a crack running from the rim to the body on the right side. The interior surface of the bowl features a light-colored glaze with darker gray and black markings. The glaze appears to be unevenly applied. The background of the image is a plain gray color.
