Handle (?) with Pellet Bells

Greenish metal object with a rough texture, resembling a bottle with a narrow neck and a wide body. The object has a small opening at the bottom and a larger opening on the side of the neck, which appears to be a mouth. The object is shaped like a vase or container with three short legs at the bottom. The surface is covered in a green patina, and there is a white tag or paper behind it.
