A large piece of off-white paper with a creased surface. The upper half depicts a drawing of grasses, a tree trunk and branch with sparse leaves, pink flowers, two Mandarin ducks on a mound with a red flower atop it, and a duckling. The lower half contains dense Japanese writing in ink. The paper has a border on the left side, adorned with curvilinear designs. A vertical column of Japanese writing appears on the right side. The background behind the paper is gray.
