Eight women are wearing traditional Japanese kimonos and hats; their kimonos are colored pink, blue, white, orange, and green; one woman wears a kimono with a white floral pattern, and another wears a kimono with a pink floral pattern. The background shows a beige sky and distant buildings. The woman on the left panel faces right; one woman on the center panel faces left; three women on the right panel face left; and three women on the right panel face right. The boat moves through blue waves. The entire print is bordered by a thin beige frame.
